Welcome to my website. I enjoy making drums for people around the world. Many of my customers would like to be able to visit and learn more about what I do so..... This is my studio where I do the woodworking and metalworking to make my instruments. I made my first drums over 20 years ago and have been honing my skills ever since. I'm influenced by the great drum makers of Cuba, Puerto Rico and New York City. In NYC, music, culture, tradition, raw materials, and craftsmanship collided to elevate and refine the art of drum making. As a native New Yorker I am proud of this history and follow in this tradition, maintaining the integrity of the instrument.
